1. The service
BaseKook suggests recipes based on the ingredients you select. Recommendations are informational only and do not constitute nutritional or medical advice. Always check allergens and food safety yourself.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell or redistribute recipe content, attempt to break access controls, or use the service unlawfully.
5. Content and intellectual property
Recipe content, translations and the BaseKook brand remain the property of BaseKook or its licensors. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, BaseKook is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
